18k yellow gold Italian Vintage Coral, Diamond, & Turquoise Ring by Scavia, composed of 18k yellow gold. With a cabochon natural red coral, surrounded by 20 Round Brilliant Cut diamonds that weigh approximately 1.00 carats in total, set within polished turquoise. 

The front of the ring measures approximately 21.84 mm tall by 25.62 mm wide; weighs 19.53 grams. Stamped 'Scavia', '750'.

Italian origin. Circa 1990's.
